Furloom for iOS

Browse the common topics below or email support. Furloom has no remote account or pet-data dashboard, so include the app version, device model, iOS version, and what you saw rather than sending private records or backup files.

🏠
Widgets not showing
Long-press the Home Screen, tap “+”, search for Furloom, and choose a widget. Open Furloom once if the widget needs its first local snapshot. Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS and may not be immediate.
📷
Importing photos
Furloom copies selected photos into app storage. If access was denied, review Furloom’s Photos permission in the iOS Settings app and select the photos you want Furloom to use.
📞
Care contacts
Open Care and add the contact details you want to keep with a pet. Available call, message, email, or directions actions depend on the fields you saved and the apps available on your device.
💾
Moving to a new phone
Export a backup from Settings, move it with AirDrop or Files, then restore it in Furloom on the new phone. Backup files are not passphrase-encrypted, so keep them somewhere you trust. Local notifications may need permission on the new device.
🔔
Reminders not arriving
Check Furloom under Settings › Notifications. Reminders use local notifications, and exact delivery timing remains subject to iOS. A saved date does not establish a veterinary schedule.
Ask is unavailable
Ask requires an eligible iPhone with iOS 26 or later, Apple Intelligence enabled, and the on-device model ready. Other Furloom features remain available when Ask is hidden or still getting ready.
