Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Furloom (the “App”), made available by Saksham Virmani. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

What Furloom is

Furloom is a pet-profile, photo, reminder, and care-organizing app for iOS. The current product stores its working data locally, does not require a Furloom account, and has no Furloom cloud-sync service. See the Privacy Policy.

Current price

The current App Store product is free to download and use, with no in-app purchase or subscription. If that model changes in a future release, the App Store listing and applicable terms must disclose the new terms before purchase.

Not veterinary advice

Furloom is an organizational tool, not a veterinarian or emergency service. Dates, reminders, presets, records, widget labels, and Ask responses are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, or prove that care is complete. Confirm vaccination schedules and health decisions with your veterinarian. If a pet may be in urgent distress, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital now.

Ask limitations

Ask is available only on compatible devices and may be unavailable because of the operating system, hardware, Apple Intelligence settings, model readiness, or an on-device error. It has no web or live-data access, cannot inspect photos or the journal, and cannot take actions in Furloom. Do not rely on Ask for diagnosis, medication, dosage, treatment, or emergency response.

Your content and backups

Photos, captions, and records you add remain yours. You are responsible for keeping any backups you need. Exported backup archives are not passphrase-encrypted, and a restore may require local notification permission before reminders can be scheduled again.

Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for lawful personal use and subject to Apple’s usage rules. You may not distribute the App or use it in violation of applicable law.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, exact notification timing, complete backups, error-free AI output, or suitability for medical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Apple services

Furloom is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your download and use are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. On-device Ask uses Apple system capabilities where available.
